Hinweise
1. Im Gegensatz zu früheren Versionen beinhaltet McAfee VirusScan ab Version 6.0 keinen mit der WinZip-Virensuche kompatiblen On-demand-Virenscanner. Das Modul SCAN32 ist nicht mehr enthalten, und der neue On-demand-Scanner (SCANPM.EXE) gibt die Suchergebnisse nicht immer in einem für WinZip lesbaren Format zurück. Daher meldet WinZip unter Umständen, dass keine Viren gefunden wurden, obwohl in Wirklichkeit ein Virus erkannt und gemeldet wurde.
Aus diesem Grund ist McAfee VirusScan ab Version 6.0 nicht kompatibel mit der WinZip-Funktion "Nach Viren suchen". Wenn Sie gerne mit einem residenten Virenscanner arbeiten, sollten Sie stattdessen McAfee Active Shield verwenden. Weitere Informationen finden Sie auf der McAfee-Website.
